Who I Serve
I work with adults and couples throughout New York State, offering both in-person sessions at True North Therapy in Delhi, NY and via secure virtual therapy. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your relationship, therapy can be a space to feel understood, gain clarity, and create new ways of approaching life’s challenges.
Areas of Focus
My practice is strengths-based and grounded in helping people move out of difficult seasons and negative patterns by effectively using tools that foster greater connection to self and others. I work with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, as well as couples seeking to strengthen communication and intimacy.
How I Work
Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. I blend body-based healing with cognitive approaches, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parts Work, Focusing, IMAGO, and Mindfulness practices. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath your discomfort, build strategies to support nervous system regulation, and move toward a life that reflects your values and priorities.

Rates & Reimbursement
I am an out-of-network provider. Depending on your current health insurance provider, you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement for services paid out of pocket. Please contact your insurance company directly to verify whether Out-Of-Network psychotherapy services are covered under your plan.
- Individual sessions (50 minutes): $150 *Couples sessions (50 minutes): $200
